15+ Years Clinical Experience

I grew up in Tomahawk and have always felt deeply connected to this community. I earned my degree in Business and Marketing with a minor in Health Education from UW–Stevens Point, followed by a master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from UW–Stout with an emphasis in AODA.

My early career was spent working with juveniles at Lincoln Hills School, where I gained more than six years of experience supporting youth through challenging seasons of life. That work shaped my approach to therapy and eventually led me to private practice, where I feel honored to walk alongside individuals and families on their healing journeys.

Outside of my work, I am married, a parent to three adult children, and share my home with a very large and very loved German Shepherd. I enjoy traveling, hiking, and biking, especially when it allows me to explore the outdoors.
